I don’t want to scream at my kids the way I was screamed at so, sometimes, when I feel like I’m going to scream, I instead turn it into a song of Somewhere in heaven my mother is smiling down on me I love you mom T-Shirt. The fact I have to think up a rhyme forces me to think about what I’m going to say, and in the end I react much better, and they do too.
