It is better to do those things daily, weekly, and continuously rather than getting to the Floral IEP I expect progress shirt of burned out, but one must monitor, and avoid it. And many employers work their employees like dogs. We are human beings, not machines! Work/ life balance is important for personal health! Stop, sleep, have an interest outside of work and home. If you are burned out you are exhausted. You are working too long then going home to have chores. Stop, walk on the beach, leave town telling no one where you are going, do something fun if you can remember the fun.
