I dog ear and write in the margins on paperbacks and if I really love the Snoopy Play Baseball T-Shirt For Fan Red Sox Team shirt, I’ll buy a hard cover to be kept pristine. But the paperback versions are my favorite. The more wear shows how I’d take it everywhere. And rereading my notes in the margin is like having a conversation with myself from the time I was reading that book. I’ve read notes from twenty years earlier and chatted with my sixteen year old self.
