Happy Wednesday!! I am grateful for all the Patsy Stone – I Survived 2018 Vintage Shirt and for having the opportunity to share them with my family. Yesterday, I was able to conquer another mountain by closing the sale of 994 Adirondack with the team effort collaboration with Super Peter W. We beat the average statistic of opening escrow in 62 days, while we entered the contract sale on the 31st day.
