My theory is that Rox was the previous user of Never underestimate an old woman with a bowling ball shirt and being unable to go back to his body (be it his decision or there was nothing left) he chose another human being. Since he didn’t went to his body, he didn’t kept his Yomi powers (ghost thing). This could be why BB cannot sleep and why he can hold 2 fruits. Rox might sleep all time while BB is awake all time. BB maybe can only hold 2 fruits and not more like some people speculate.
