Apart from the fact that there IS difference between white noise, so:people talking, walking, chattering ecc and music. Nobody asked for a silent commute, just one where i can listen to my own stuff o sleep if i want to. White noise isn’t a problem to those things, music is, as it is loud chatter or screaming, but if you are purposely loud on a public transport u’re not being nice.
