Sure my friend , your advices are really welcomed. I’m learning for a long time to dint give a fuck when I’m seeing negative going to me, agression and all such a stuff, but my problem is I’m really different type of person exploding to any shit happening. Sometimes I can have a bad conversation or situation I’m involved anywhere and it can take me for days and sometimes even more if it’s coming from a very close people. So it’s hardest thing to learn for me. For sure I’m not as overreacting as I was several years ago , but hard to work with your nature.
