I had a single interaction with Coach Shula while living in 1930 2020 Don Shula 72 undefeated thank you for the memories signature shirt. It was January 1991 and his wife Dorothy was dying of Breast Cancer. I was gassing up my car at what I remember to be the Chevron station and I looked up to see that Coach Shula was doing the same. I looked and him and said “Coach, I’m praying for you and Dorothy”. He came over to me, said thanks and shook my (a nobody) hand. Coach Shula was a class act in all he did!!!
