The thing that bugs me the most about “It’s not HEALTHY” people – since when is health the basis for treating a person like a human being? I’m not healthy and I’m fat. Surprise: having multiple physical disabilities can make weight gain really easy and weight loss really hard. I still deserve human decency, even though my poor health has the audacity to show up physically, instead of me being a waifish Victorian damsel dying of tuberculosis and I Ain’t Perfect But I Am A Mimi So Close Enough 1 T-Shirt.
