I don’t think this is the next big food craze. I’ve been to Japan 3 times, saw it on the menu 3 years ago in Osaka. It’s been there longgg before I was there. Same with puffer fish sashimi, raw horse meat and Chicken Shirts People Should Seriously Stop Expecting Normal From Me shirt meat. Nothing new. The west just seemed to discovered it late.
