Once I needed temporary help for an unexpected surgery I had to have Mooey Christmas Cow Santa Christmas Lover Lights Sweatshirt. I went in to the govt office to apply for medical coverage. I was the only white person in the building that I could see. A black woman told me that I would have qualified for 100% coverage if I had kept my maiden name (Rodriguez) after my divorce but since I had a white last name I would only get partial coverage. I said but I am not Mexican. She said we don’t go by what you are but what your surname is when you apply. Seriously. So no privilege was afforded to me, a white, single mother. So please take your entitlement elsewhere.
