My confirmation is YHZ19522 and United Parcel Service Santa Claus riding Reindeer Christmas shirt. I have spoke w numerous reps who are not able to relay the status of my bike. But I was told the bike will be shipped Monday evening from Chicago at 5:52pm to arrive in Halifax 11pm. My problem is to get United to confirm the luggage is in queue for the Halifax direct flight. From Sunday evening until noonish Monday no United employee could tell me when my bike will be shipped.
